Description: A family-run bakery founded by self-taught baker Cristina Rojas, also known as “The Batchmaker.” Inspired by her Honduran roots and a love for serving others, Cris crafts fresh cakes, brownies, cookies, and more—often paired with a cup of coffee sourced from her family’s farm. Drop by for a warm welcome, sweet treats, and a taste of home-baked goodness.
Comments: This comment is courtesy of a friend (shout out JL). Founded by a Honduran with a great story and a generous heart. They donate all leftover pastries to public servants like teachers, firefighters, and police.
It’s small, dainty, and has a super feminine, dollhouse aesthetic with teacups galore. The coffee cake, Oreo cookies, and raisin cookies are all verified hits. And the cinnamon rolls! Most seating is outside, so a good option for a warm day. The Wi-Fi extends outside.
Also, Platform Coffee + Kitchen is in the complex, giving you another solid third place within walking distance.
