Description: Embedded in the Twenty Two West studio and storefront is our cozy Chai Window, where we serve up cups of beautifully spiced, rich organic tea made in house from whole spices, velvety oat milk, and softly sweetened with coconut sugar. Each sip adds a layer of warmth, creating a true sip and shop experience!
Comments: If there were an award for best smelling third place in Charlotte, this place would win. The chai smells marvelous, but also the locally made candles, incense sticks, and various other herbal, earthy, homey items that are sold in the same building by the store Twenty Two West.
The space is in a converted home which is mostly for Twenty Two West but The Chai Window has a couch, a table with three chairs, and some other tables here and there. So, it’s small. Super small, but charming, adorable even.
Don’t come here with your laptop to work or study, that doesn’t match the vibe. Just relax. Breathe in the pleasant smelling air. Peruse the gift shop. Sip chai. Kick back. Buy some incense. The Serenity Now blend with lavender, frankincense, and clove is wonderful.
