Description: A locally owned coffee house in Fort Mill serving drip coffee, espresso drinks, lattes, fresh pastries, and light bites in a nautical-themed setting. The café features comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, along with a small conference room available for meetings or focused work. In addition to its coffee offerings, the space includes shipping and business services, office supplies, and a gift shop, creating a unique community gathering place where visitors can work, meet with others, or enjoy a quiet break over coffee.

Comments: Excellent access to outlets from the tall table and chair bar style seating near the back of the space. It's in a building connected to a postal store, so if you're coming to work or study, bring noise cancelling headphones. Aesthetically, it feels a bit tropical. And I mean, just a bit, not a lot. There's plants hanging from the ceiling, I think they're fake but they look nice, and the seats all threaded backs that look like a basket, the kind you'd unusually see outdoors on a patio. It gives the place some personality.

There's a handful of 4-person tables in the middle of the space that are good for meeting some friends. I don't drink coffee so I don't know what to tell you about that, but they had a bunch of teas, and lemonade, which I enjoyed. I'm sure the coffee is fine, but I don't think they have the fancy double chocolate chip whip cream frappe cappuccino matcha latte style coffee that's taken the world by storm. So like, if that's what you're looking for, I wouldn't drive down from Charlotte just for that. But they do have most standard coffee options here, and some pastries.

Oh and there's an electric fireplace above a long display case that I thought was cool. And there's a large conference room, which I think is first come first serve, that you can use to host a larger group. So this really is a great third place, bravo to whoever designed it!
