Grow Cafe

Description: A Black-owned, family-focused play café combining Montessori-inspired indoor play for children ages 0–6 with coffee, snacks, tables, couches, counter seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, and space for parents to work or socialize. Regular visits require purchasing a timed open-play session, with one-hour and two-hour options available, and walk-ins are accommodated only when space is available.

A membership is not required, but customers without an active play session can only order from the café for pickup and cannot stay to use the seating. Children play within sight of their caregivers while the adult seating area supports conversation, laptop work, community programming, tutoring, and parent meetups.

Comments: If you don't have small kids you really have no business hanging out here. I say that as someone without kids lol. But if you do have small kids, and want to drink coffee, work on your laptop, and chat with other parents while they play, this is your third place! You can just drop in but they encourage reservations and there is a charge for the play space, check their website for more details.
