Description: Spacious bubble tea shop on South Blvd with plenty of room to sit and hang out, serving a large menu of milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, and toppings, plus free Wi-Fi and on-site lot parking.

Comments: They have really good hot chocolate. Not too sweet, just right. There's an overwhelming amount of tea options, many of which you can get hot. There's a solid amount of space for hanging out. 4 4-top tables, then 4 more 2-top tables, then some bar style highchair seating and a couch plus some lounge chairs. Not at all cramped, there's room to spread out. And it doesn't seem to get super busy here, so it's a solid place to plop down to work remote, read, study, or meet some friends.
