ROOTS Cafe | Madison Park

Description: A neighborhood coffee shop opening soon in the Madison Park area on South Boulevard, this is a new location from chef and owner Craig Barbour's ROOTS Food Co. hospitality group. Dubbed "Roots Cafe 2.0," the space at Madison Corners is planned as a two-phase project.

The first phase will be a roughly 1,385-square-foot coffee shop with about 30 seats featuring Enderly Coffee roasts, pastries, a limited hot menu, and grab-and-go items like parfaits, fruit cups, and salads.

Phase 2 will add a full kitchen and expanded seating in an adjoining 1,127-square-foot space, enabling an expanded American menu focused on locally sourced ingredients from Freshlist, including breakfast burritos, roasted carrot bowls, and wraps.
