Description: A bright açaí bowl and smoothie shop serving customizable fruit bowls, pitaya bowls, smoothie blends, fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, coconut, nut butters, honey, Nutella, and other toppings in a tropical-themed counter-service setting. The menu centers on organic açaí bases, dragon fruit blends, tropical fruit blends, protein blends, coconut bases, specialty bowls, build-your-own bowls, and blended drinks. The interior uses colorful branding, beach-inspired décor, casual dine-in seating, and a clean fast-casual layout built around the ordering counter, prep area, and fruit-forward display of bowls and smoothies.
Comments: This location used to be a Waterbean, and if you ever visited it, just know that Palm Berries really changed things up with their re-design, and for the better! It's way less claustrophobic feeling, it's small but doesn't feel like you're on top of someone else sitting down. The menu is a lot of really healthy fruit stuff. Açaí was new to me when I first visited, I now know it's very great! Every kind of fruit and granola you can think of packed into a bowl. The Sunset Bowl is my favorite.
The space itself has a couch and two lounge chairs, then a long wall of booth style seating with chairs across from them. Then a few outdoor tables as well, so not a ton of space, but enough to feel reasonably confident you'll always have a place to plop down, especially on a warm day.
The owners of this franchise location gave me a speech about how their açaí comes straight from Brazil and they don't cut or water it down or do anything to it, and all the fruit is cut fresh daily. All I know is what I ate tasted incredible, so I believe them. You can come here to work remote or study, just bring noise cancelling headphones to lock in. It's small so you can hear everything going on inside. Also, the staff is really nice.
