Description: This charming gathering place draws a crowd for its pastries, light fare & coffee drinks.

Comments: This isn't the original Amelie's if you've been in Charlotte long enough to remember that. They moved, so this is the new "original" in a way. The interior design is better than the original, it's bigger, the seating is arranged such that there's plenty of spots for 1-2 people to sit that are out of the way of the bigger tables. The food might be overpriced but I don't go for the food. I'm there for vibes. The vibes are great.
