Description: A health-forward cafe in the Carmel Commons Shopping Center offering clean acai bowls, organic coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, gluten-free French crepes, protein shakes, and grab-and-go superfood bites. The space is the flagship concept from the teams behind Spoons and Raw Crunch and Coffee, two Charlotte-born brands that merged to create an all-day cafe built around whole, organic ingredients with no additives, gums, or artificial flavors.
Expect counter-service ordering, a wellness-driven menu with items like the signature Eden bowl (chia pudding and pitaya base with edible flowers and bee pollen), and locally roasted organic drip coffee. The vibe leans bright and intentional, designed for a mix of quick grab-and-go visits and slower sit-down meals with family or friends.
Comments: So, the full brand name is "Eden - Made from Good" sometimes shortened to "Eden Good" but they generally just go by Eden. And yes, it's a reference to the Garden of Eden in the Bible. The about page of their website is very clear about the Christian reference, which I love!
There's good access to outlets, a good amount of seating, including some outdoors, and its bright, so it's a good remote work spot. The menu has a lot of really healthy sounding stuff I haven't tried, but if you're health conscious this seems a good spot. They're known for their crepes so definitely get one of those if you visit. And they serve proper herbal teas, loose-leaf, steeped, no bag in your cup, which I deeply appreciate as a tea person. There's coffee as well.
