Description: Daytime hangout serving a simple menu of pastries, sandwiches & coffee made using local ingredients.

Comments: The food here is marvelous. Super small space, they limit Wi-Fi access on weekends, and in general ask that people limit their stays to 2 hours or less to free up seating. But I’ve found that on the choice weekdays they're open later, after 4 PM it's pretty quiet, so you can stay a bit longer. Solid evening study/work spot.

Very relaxed vibes. Kind of a Spanish villa aesthetic going on. I don’t drink but this feels like a place you’d drink wine at. Parking is limited out front but drive around the complex and you might find a spot. There’s a garage too nearby with some spots.
