Comments: Lots of food and pastry options that all look great, including cinnamon rolls from time to time. But not a ton of comfortable seating options. Downstairs is all high-top bar-style seating with your back facing the entrance and checkout area, so everyone coming in is walking directly behind you. The TikTok feng shui guy would say that’s not good design.

There’s an upstairs area too, but it’s super compact. A big table, a couch, and some smaller tables and chairs are all squeezed in tightly. If you go early and claim a good seat, it could work as a place to get things done. But if not, I wouldn’t call it cozy or comfortable.

If you come here to work or study and can't find a spot, whip around the corner to Panera Bread. It’s big and you’ll almost definitely find seating. Sunflour Bakery (my favorite of all their locations), Summit Coffee, and Starbucks are all nearby too. Ballantyne has its own little third place thing going on.
