Description: The Percantile and Creamery is the premier Coffee, Ice Cream, and Dessert Bar in the Charlotte metro area. We are thrilling people with our amazing interior design, our incredible customer service, and the quality of our offerings.

We have a beautifully designed 1920’s Mercantile-themed monochromatic throwback, where people feel excited by their surroundings, and blown away by their treats. Great for business meetings, families, couples, and you!

Comments: Beautifully designed interior. Really beautiful art piece to your right on the wall as you walk in. Inviting atmosphere, there’s a seating area with a half wall that I love. Makes you feel nestled in, great for remote work or studying. They have excellent herbal tea options that they steep properly (no bags, loose leaf👏🏾), coffee, and all sorts of sweet treats, including ice cream and pastries.

But the topic of the utmost importance here is their cinnamon rolls. They’re a creamery in addition to a coffee shop, and some of that skill with sweetness has made its way to their cinnamon rolls. The icing (not cream cheese, which is good but harder to get right) is caked on top, in a way that provides enjoyment cold as well as warm. It’s not terribly large, not terribly wide, not terribly tall, not terribly small. It’s just right. Bravo.

If you’re looking for coffee or ice cream commentary, check the Google Maps reviews. People love both here, while I stick to herbal teas and cinnamon rolls. A man can only have so many vices.

Lastly, if you’re super introverted or shy, they have an app and self-order kiosks where you can make your choice, sit down, and have it brought to you. I’m a software engineer by trade, so I love the tech integration.
