Description: Come relax in our beautiful café with indoor and outdoor seating. We offer freshly roasted coffee, cold brew, full range of expert espresso beverages, and a variety of sweet and savory pastries and bagel creations.

Thursday-Friday from 4:00pm-9:30pm, and Saturday from 6:00pm-9:30pm, we turn into Knowledge Perk "After Hours," serving coffee, original cocktails, beer, and wine.

We are a coffee roaster and beans are available onsite or via our website for retail purchase. We have immersive, engaging programs and events for our community to grow in their knowledge and enjoyment of coffee. Give us a call or visit our website for more information. Better yet, drop by to see us in person!

Comments: During one of my visits here, I listened to I'll Be by Edwin McCain, Thank You by Dido, If It Makes You Happy by Sheryl Crow, Head Over Feet by Alanis Morissette, Breathe by Michelle Branch, and No Surprises by Radiohead back-to-back, nonstop, all while eating a marvelous cinnamon roll. I didn't even put on my noise cancelling headphones. I didn't need them. The ambience? Impeccable. The vibes? Immaculate. It was in this moment that I decided, I like this place. It's lovely. The staff, the drinks, the cinnamon rolls, and the music.

Layout wise, the aesthetic is industrial chic. Unfinished floor, black walls, but they at least make it interesting by having some artwork on the walls (including a mural by @thewallflowerworkshop), a bookcase, and some comfy couches to break up the lines of metal chairs. It's a large coffee shop, with plenty of space to spread out, and a good number of spots near outlets, so a solid choice for remote work. Groups of friends, groups just in general, meet here regularly.

And the cinnamon rolls. My friend, the cinnamon rolls, they're exceptional. They only have a limited amount, usually available in the morning until they’re sold out, but the cinnamon rolls are marvelous. If you're able to withstand feelings of gluttony or social anxiety stemming from the thought that the barista is judging you (they're not), order two. Eat one right away, warm the other one up when you get home. That's how to properly evaluate a cinnamon roll. You must have it in both states, as each is valid in its own right.
